Background: Adolescent reproductive health is a healthy condition that involves the reproductive  system (functions, components, and processes) that teenagers possess both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive  health education on personal hygiene behavior in young women. Methods: This study was Quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects in this study of  young women in As'adiyah dormitory, Pondok Pesantren Darul’Ulum Jombang  amounted  40 respondents, sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test. Results: The study showed that 12 people (30%) had bad personal hygiene behavior, after gived health education 16 responden (40%) had good hygiene behavior. Wilcoxon test results for behavioral variables in the control group were p = 1,000 (a = 0.05) and treatment group p = 0,000 (a = 0.05). The results showed that there is influence of reproduction health education on personal hygiene behavior in young women. Conclusions: Reproductive health education is very important for young women in the development stage. Maintaining the cleanliness of genetal organs during menstruation is very mportant to prevent infection in the reproductive organs.
