Analisis Pengetahuan dengan Pola Asuh Pada Ibu Balita Umur 4-5 Tahun di TK Dharma Wanita Desa Sambirobyong Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri

Abstract

The less knowledge of mother affect the parenting to toddler. The Purpose this research was to  know the correlation between knowledge with parenting in mother of toddler age 4-5 years in kindergarten dharma sambirobyong kayen kidul district Kediri. This study was a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers who have toddler aged 4-5 years in kindergarten dharma sambirobyong kayen kidul district Kediri totaling 58 respondents. Samples are some mothers of toddler aged 4-5 years in kindergarten dharma sambirobyong kayen kidul district Kediri totaling 50 respondents. Sampling techniques with accidental sampling. The results of the research almost all respondents had a good knowledge as many as 46 respondents (92%) and almost half of the respondents to apply democratic parenting style that is 43 respondents (86%).The test results chi squre with degrees of significance a = 0.05 statistical test results obtained by the significant value of 0. 509 Which means significant p-value> a is 0,509> 0,05 so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means that there is no relationship of mother's knowledge parenting mothers of toddler aged 4-5 year in kindergarten dharmasambirobyong kayen kidul district Kediri.  Mothers who has toddler are expected to have good knowledge in order to apply the appropriate parenting for infants and toddler aged 4-5 years old.
