PENGARUH PEMBERIAN JUS JAMBU BIJI TERHADAP KADAR HB PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI POLINDES KREBET KECAMATAN BULULAWANG KABUPATEN MALANG
Anemia in pregnancy is the condition of the mother with the levels of Hb<11 gr% in trimester I and III. To prevent the occurrence of anemia in pregnancy by consuming tablets Fe and ascorbic acid simultaneously to facilitate absorption of Fe. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of administering guava juice against Hb levels in pregnant women trimester III in Polindes Krebet Subdistrict Bululawang Malang. The designed in this study is Pre Experiment with one group pre-post test design. Total sample 14 respondents with Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection is done by measuring the levels of Hb before and after administering guava juice using digital hemometer. After the granting of guava juice as much as 250 ml/day for 7 days, 78.6% of respondents experienced a rise in the levels of Hb. Research results were analyzed using the statistical test of Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test with a value of α = 0.05. The results of the analysis of the data showed that Zhitung-2.947 turned out bigger than Ztabel-1.64 (price (-) are not taken into account because the absolute price) and the value of significance p = 0.003 α = 0.05 <, then H0 is rejected and the H1 is accepted. Conclusion of this research is the awarding of guava juice affect the levels of Hb pregnant women trimester III in Polindes Krebet Subdistrict Bululawang Malang.
