Kesalahan Berbahasa Pada Tataran Morfologi dalam Karya Tulis Ilmiah Siswa Kelas XII

Manusia memerlukan bahasa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik bahasa lisan maupun bahasa tulis. Bahasa juga sangat berperan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan pada tataran morfologi dalam karya tulis ilmiah siswa kelas XII, menguraikan pembetulannya, dan menjelaskan penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini berupa kalimat dalam karya tulis ilmiah siswa kelas XII yang mengandung kesalahan morfologis. Data bersumber dari lima dokumen karya tulis ilmiah siswa kelas XII di salah satu SMA di Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Setiap dokumen disusun oleh dua orang siswa, sehingga responden penelitian berjumlah 10 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan teknik baca, teknik catat, dan kuesioner/angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan morfologis pada karya tulis ilmiah siswa kelas XII meliputi: (1) kesalahan penulisan preposisi di dan ke, (2) kesalahan afiks, (3) kesalahan penulisan reduplikasi, dan (4) kesalahan pemajemukan. Penyebab terjadinya kesalahan morfologis pada karya tersebut, di antaranya: (1) siswa kurang membaca dan memperbanyak referensi, (2) kurangnya pembiasaan menulis, (3) kurangnya ketelitian siswa dalam menulis, dan (4) kurangnya arahan dan bimbingan guru.
