Abstrak

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sasaran utama dalam menguasai bahasa asing di Indonesia untuk memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam mentransfer teknologi. Sebenarnya, selain mengajar bahasa asing, ada cara dalam meningkatkan dan mempercepat transfer ilmiah teknologi, yaitu dengan menerjemahkan teks ilmiah bahasa  asing ke bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the main target in mastering foreign language in Indonesia to have a better understanding in transfer of technology. Actually, besides foreign language teaching, there is a way in increasing and accelerating the scientific transfer of technology that is, translating English scientific text into Indonesian.
