PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR UJI TAHAP II ASUHAN PERSALINAN NORMAL

Keberhasilan pendidikan salah satunya ditentukan oleh keberhasilan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, ini dapat dilihat dari prestasi belajar yang dicapai. Prestasi belajar yang baik atau yang memuaskan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan intelegensinya saja, tetapi dipengaruhi motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional. Penelitian Ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar di uji tahap II pada mahasiswa Prodi D-III Kebidanan FIK Unipdu 2011, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama – sama terhadap prestasi belajar di uji tahap II pada mahasiswa Prodi D-III Kebidanan FIK Unipdu 2011. Metode yang digunakan observasi analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik Probability sampling yaitu teknik sampling cluster random sampling dengan mengelompokkan sampel dari 79 mahasiswa 30 kelas 2A sebagai uji coba dan 41 mahasisswa kelas 2B sebagai penelitian. Teknik analisa data adalah teknik korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,814, terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,721, sedangkan hasil analisis dengan korelasi ganda didapatkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama – sama mempengaruhi prestasi belajar sebesar 0,831. Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama – sama terhadap prestasi belajar.

The success of education one of which is determined by the success of students in teaching and learning activities, this can be seen from the achievement of learning achieved. Learning achievement is good or satisfactory not only influenced by the ability of intelligence alone, but affected the motivation of learning and emotional intelligence. Thus we can achieve the goals - the goals set.This research purposes to know: the influence between learning motivation to second test level student of prodi D-III midwifery of health knowledge faculty, of UNIPDU 2011, knowing the influence between emotional intelegency to learning achievement in the second test level student of Prodi D-III midwifery of health knowledge faculty of UNIPDU 2011, the influence of learning motivation and emotional intelegency tolearning achievemet in the second test level student of Prodi D-III midwifery of health knowledge faculty of UNIPDU 2011.Otherwisethe research method whichused is Analytic observation with cross sectional approach, sampling technique is using sampling probability technique is sampling cluster random by classify the sample from 79 studens, 30 of 2A class as a test and 41 students of class 2B as a research.The data analytic technique is the simple influence technique, double influence and double regretion by significance standart of 0.05.The result of the influence that there is connection between learning motivation to learning achievement as 0.814, there is also connection between emotional intelegency to learning achievement is 0.721, white the analysis result connected to double influence that learning motivation and emotional intelegency influence the learning achievement as big as 0.831.The conclution in this researchthere is positive influence that’s very significance of the relation between learning motivation to learning achievement, there is positive influence that’s very significance of the relation between emotional intelegency to learning achievement, there is positive that’s very significance reletion between learning motivation and emotional intelegency together to learning achievement.
