Interruption of pregnancy can occur suddenly and usually unpredictable. Program class pregnant women is a form of prenatal education to increase knowledge of pregnant. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge’s Of Pregnant  Class Toward Pregnancy Care Behavior In Pregnant Women In Work Area Public Health Center Nganjuk. In this study using observational study design, the approach used is cross sectional study. The sample in this study was the majority of pregnant women who meet the criteria for inclusion in public health Nganjuk as many as 33 people. Sampling purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaires class knowledge and behavior of pregnant women prenatal care. Statistic test using ordinal regression. Nearly half of the respondents was 48.5% (16 people) have a good knowledge about the class for pregnant women. Nearly half of the respondents 45.5% (15 people) have quite well in pregnancy care. Ordinal regression statistical test result values obtained p =. 0,000 <a = 0.05. This shows that there is a Knowledge Effect Of Pregnant  Class Toward Pregnancy Care Behavior In Pregnant Women In Work Area Public Health Center Nganjuk. Results of this research conducted pregnant women who attend classes pregnant women will acquire knowledge about pregnancy resulting in a change of behavior in the care of pregnancy, but the behavior of pregnant women in antenatal care is still lacking. It is caused by internal and external factors.
