HIPNOSIS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA (Hasil Kajian)

Abstract

Abstrak Belajar matematika merupakan kegiatan mental yang tinggi, harus dilakukan secara berurutan, setapak demi setapak, kontinu, menggunakan pengalaman belajar sebelumnya, lebih mengutamakan pengertian dari pada hafalan dan harus mengkonstruksi (membangun) sendiri pengetahuannya melalui kegiatan aktif dalam belajar. Guru harus bisa menciptakan kondisi sedemikian sehingga belajar matematika menjadi hal yang tidak membebani pikiran siswa. Hipnosis merupakan sebuah kondisi relaks, fokus atau konsentrasi yang memudahkan seseorang menerima informasi. Ciri khas dari kondisi tersebut adalah sensor-sensor pancaindra manusia menjadi lebih aktif. Kondisi seperti itu yang bisa membuat indikator pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Kondisi hipnosis yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah perhatian yang terpusat, relaksasi kondisi fisik, peningkatan kemampuan sebagaian atau seluruh indra, pengendalian refleks dan aktifitas fisik, serta respon siswa sebagai pengaruh pascahipnosis. Katakunci: belajar matematika, relaksasi, hipnosis Abstract Learning mathematics is a higher mental activity, must be performed sequentially, step by step, continuous, using previous learning experience, more emphasis on rote learning and understanding of the need to construct (build) their own knowledge through active learning. Teachers should be able to create the conditions so that learning mathematics into things that do not burden the mind of the student. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, focus or concentration that allows the person receiving the information. The hallmark of this condition is the human senses sensors become more active. Such conditions can make the learning achieved good indicator. Hypnotic state which can be utilized in learning mathematics are concentrated attention, relaxation physical condition, capacity in part or all of the senses, control of reflexes and physical activity, as well as influence student responses pascahipnosis.
