Abstract

The implementation in this media is how to apply the counting funnel as an effort to improve student multiplication learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at MI Tanwirul Afkar Medal Puri Mojokerto. This research uses classroom action research which is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 19 students of class 2A MI Tanwirul Afkar. This research was conducted because student learning outcomes were low. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, tests, documentation. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, 4 students completed with an average of 56.31 and the percentage of completeness was 21.1%. At the stage of cycle 1, student learning outcomes have increased with an average value of 72.10 with a percentage of completeness 52.6% and cycle 2 increased by a percentage of 94.7% with an average of 88.94, this data shows that learning by using media Counting funnels can improve students' multiplication learning outcomes at MI Tanwirul Afkar Medali Puri Mojokerto.
