Abstract

Science is a very fun lesson, especially in science learning is often associated with daily activities that make students more interested in learning. Experimental activities are also one of the interesting activities for students because students are directly involved with the subject matter being delivered. However, teachers often do not pay attention to whether or not there is an influence between science learning and experimental activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning science on the experimental ability of students at MI Tanwirul Afkar Puri Mojokerto. This research design uses quantitative research. Researchers collected data using interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that from the ANOVA test with an F count of 68,574 and a probability significance level of 0.001 0.05, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict participation variables. From the R square test, the R square value was found to be 27.4%. The results of the t-test found that the t-count t-table (2.8851.717) then H0 was rejected statistically significant, from the t-test results the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.001 0.05) meaning that there was a significant effect between learning science with students' experimental abilities
