KORELASI VARIASI METODE MENGAJAR GURU TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH KEBUDAYAAN ISLAM DI MADRASAH
Abstract
Variations in teaching methods are modifications, combinations or replacement of learning material delivery tools carried out by the teacher in planning the learning process or steps in learning activities so that in the learning process students do not experience boredom so student will become enthusiastic, diligent and full of passion in learning History of Islamic Culture in the sense that the teacher does not use only one teaching method. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the relationship or correction between variations in teaching methods with an increase in student learning interest in the subject of Islamic Cultural History. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive correlational approach and its data collection methods use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is validity, reliability, presentation, normality and product moment correlation test. The sample in this study was 29 students using the Proportional Statified Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study through the product moment correlation test with the Pearson correlation, the results of the Pearson correlation (r) were 0.639 with a significance of 0.000 and a confidence level (0.05) with the criteria, because the significance was <0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. With each percentage of variations in teaching methods 82.1% is very good and an increase in learning interest is 77.6% good. Thus it can be concluded that, variations in teacher teaching methods with increased student interest in learning have a relationship at a strong level and have a positive form of relationship
