The research employed two approaches: manual calculations and a system based on Visual Basic.NET. The results showed that the Visual Basic.NET-based system significantly facilitates decision-making, accelerates the process, and minimizes human error compared to manual methods. This system enables users to easily identify the best Nile tilapia seeds based on criteria such as growth rate, disease resistance, and feed efficiency. However, the system requires regular updates to enhance its reliability and flexibility, particularly in handling large-scale data and adding new criteria. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi kesalahan input dalam permintaan dan peminjaman barang, dan pemantauan keluar dan masuknya barang di bps jombang. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, serta pengembangan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur penting, seperti pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, laporan stok, serta pemantauan barang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi inventory berbasis appsheet yang berfungsi untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan di bps jombang.
