Abstract

Kepemimpinan visioner merupakan karakter pemimpin yang memiliki visi yang jelas, bisa meyakinkan, dan menuntun lembaga untuk mencapai cita-cita jangka panjang yang lebih baik dalam perencanaan pendidikan islam kedepan. Perkembangan transformasi digital menuntut pendidikan islam untuk adaptif dengan berbagai dinamika yang dihadapi baik sarana dan prasarana yang belum cukup. Melalui kepemimimpinan visioner segala persoalan yang dihapadi bisa dicarikan solusi tawaran untuk perkembangan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola kepemimpinan visioner dalam menghadapi perkembangan era transformasi digital dengan perencanaan strategis pendidikan islam yang matang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber data yang digunakan berupa buku, jurnal yang bereputasi untuk mendukung penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin visioner sangat mempengaruhi dalam perencanaan strategis yang tepat untuk menunjang perkembangan transformasi digital. Pemimpin visioner bisa untuk selalu menopang kebutuhan pendidikan dengan strategi pendidikan yang baik untuk masa depan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan peran penting pemimpin visioner untuk menunjang pendidikan era transformasi dengan berbagai tawaran-tawaran pemikiran jangka panjang tentu dengan visi yang jelas dan terukur.

Visionary leadership is a leadership characteristic in which a leader possesses a clear vision, the ability to inspire and persuade, and the capacity to guide an institution toward achieving long-term goals for the advancement of Islamic educational planning. The rapid development of digital transformation requires Islamic education to be adaptive to various challenges, including limitations in facilities and infrastructure. Through visionary leadership, the problems encountered can be addressed by offering strategic solutions for educational development. This study aims to examine the pattern of visionary leadersh ip in responding to the era of digital transformation through well-prepared strategic planning in Islamic education. The research employs a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The data sources consist of books and reputable academic journals to support the study. The findings indicate that visionary leaders play a significant role in influencing appropriate strategic planning to support the development of digital transformation. Visionary leaders are able to sustain educational needs by implementing effective strategies for the future. In conclusion, this study highlights the crucial role of visionary leadership in advancing education in the digital transformation era through long-term, well-structured ideas supported by a clear and measurable vision.
