HUBUNGAN ANTARA STATUS GIZI DENGAN USIA MENARCHE

Nutrisi  mempengaruhi  kematangan  seksual  pada  gadis  yang  mendapat  menstruasi  pertama lebih  dini,  mereka  cenderung  lebih  berat  dan  lebih  tinggi  pada  saat  menstruasi  pertama dibandingkan dengan mereka  yang belum menstruasi pada usia  yang sama.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara status gizi dengan menarche pada siswi kelas 4 – 6 Di MIN Rejoso PP Darul ‘Ulum Peterongan Jombang. Desain penelitin yang digunakan  adalah  penelitian  analitik  dengan  pendekatan  cross  sectional,  data  diperoleh  dari penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi kepada siswi kelas 4–6 MIN Rejoso  yang berjumlah 36 responden  yang  diambil  dengan  tekhnik  propotionate  startified  rondom  sampling.  data  yang sudah  didapat  ditabulasi,selanjutnya  diolah  dengan  menggunakan  uji  StatistikChi–  Square. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  Rata  –  rata  Usia  Siswi  MIN  Rejoso  adalah  11  Tahun,  Rata  – rata tinggi badan Siswi MIN Rejoso adalah 1.390 meter, Berat badan Rata  – rata Siswi MIN Rejoso  38.52 kg. Rata – rata IMT 19.25 kg/m² dan Rata– rata menarche Siswi MIN Rejoso Usia 11 –12 tahun  dengan taraf  р= 0,000. Simpulan : ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan menarche  pada  anak.  Sehingga  diharapkan  orang  tua  dan  guru  lebih  memperhatikan  status gizi anak dengan mengajarkan pola hidup sehat melalui bimbingan dan penyuluhan sehingga tercapai kesehatan Reproduksi optimal

Abstract

Nutrient  influence  the  advanced  sexual  for  agirl  who  get  early  menstruation,  they  were inclined  overweight  and  over  high  when  they  had  first  menstruation  than  them  who  had menstruation yet in the same age. The aims of this research is to know about the connection between nutritional status with menarche  of student graduate 4-6 In MIN Rejoso PP Darul ‘Ulum Peterongan Jombang. Design of researches is analitic  research  with  cross  sectional appoach.the  process  of  acquiring  data  from  spreading  of  questioner  and  observating  to student graduate 4-6 MIN Rejoso in 36 respondent taken with propotianatestartified random sampling technique, then data can be tabulated, and will process by using statistic chi square. The result of this research showed on the average ages of student in MIN Rejoso is 11 years old,average  of  their  tall  is  1.390  meter,average  of  their  weight  is  38,52  kg,  average  of  IMT 19,25  kg  and  average  of  their  menarche  on  11-12 years old with equivalent Ï:0,000. The conclusion is there are the connection between nutritional status with menarche for children, And hope for parent and teacher more give pay attention to children’s nutrient, teach about healthy life through guidance and information till achieved optimun of health reproduction.
