Implementasi Metode SVM dalam Analisis Sentimen Mengenai Vaksin dengan Menggunakan Python 3

Selama rentang dari tahun 2021 pemerintah gencar mencanangkan proses pemberian vaksin kepada masyarakat guna untuk menguranggi proses penyebaran virus Covid-19. Hal ini didasari karena tingginya angka penyebaran virus yang tinggi, maka pemerintah gencar melakukan kampanye untuk melakukan vaksin. Proses pemberian vaksin kepada masyarakat menjadi opini yang sering dibahas oleh masyarakat pada saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan proses klasifikasi terhadap sentimen masyarakat mengenai vaksin yang dituangkan kedalam media sosial twitter. Pro dan kontra beredar dikalangan masyarakat mengenai pemakaian vaksin pada tubuh manusia. Karena banyak yang masih meragukan dari efek samping ketika vaksin itu disuntikan kedalam tubuh manusia. Masyarakat banyak menyampaikan opini mereka pada media sosial salah satunya twitter. Beragam reaksi yang disampaikan dalam bentuk statement atau opini mengenai pemberian vaksin kedalam tubuh manusia. Opini tersebut ada yang mengandung unsur negatif, positif dan ada juga yang netral dalam memberikan opini terutma mengenai pemberian dosis vaksin kedalam tubuh manusia. Dari opini tersebut lalu dikumpulkan oleh penulis untuk dijadikan dataset atau bahan penelitian untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap sentimen masyarakat terutama mengenai pemberian vaksin yang beredar dikalangan masyarakat saat ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan analisa sentimen terhadap Vaksin dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Support Vector Machine (SVM) merupakan salah satu metode yang sudah banyak diterapkan untuk berbagai jenis penelitian dibidang data dan text mining karena telah mampu menunjukkan perfoma yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan tingkat akurasi terhadap sentimen yang telah diukur dengan metode SVM, dari 2500 record data didapat hasil akurasi sebesar 70.80%.
