Upaya meningkatkan pelayanan pendaftaran pelayanan vaksinasi Covid-19 memanfaatkan website dan whatsapp gateway merupakan rancangan sistem untuk mengatasi masalah antrian saat pelaksanaan vaksinasi di UPTD Puskesmas Puhjarak Kabupaten Kediri. Penyebaran informasi yang kurang cepat dan efisien adalah dampak dari pelayanan pendaftaran, penjadwalan dan penyebaran informasi yang kurang efisien. Proses tersampainya informasi ke warga menjadi lebih lama dan kurang menyeluruh dikarenakan informasi hanya satu pintu sehingga pengelolaan informasi pendaftaran dan penjadwalan bermasalah. Memanfaatkan teknologi informasi adalah keputusan bijak dalan masalah pendaftaran dan penjadwalan ini. Metode Waterfall digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini, juga menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP memanfaatkan whatsapp gateway menjadi terobosan memudahkan tersampainya informasi ke warga. Sistem informasi ini menyediakan Website untuk mengelola informasi vaksin maupun pendaftaran vaksin, sehingga pengecekan jadwal maupun pendaftarn vaksin terasa lebih mudah. Warga dapat melakukan pengecekan informasi vaksin seperti dosis, jenis, jadwal dan melakukan pendaftaran serta mendapatkan notifikasi jadwal melalui Whatsapp adalah hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, juga untuk mengurangi penumpukan antrian sehingga mengurangi penyebaran covid-19
