Penerapan IAPS 4.0 dan SAW Dalam Sistem Penilaian Kepuasan Mahasiswa Terhadap Kinerja Dosen

Penelitian dibuat bertujuan membantu UPMF (Unit Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas) XYZ dalam menilai kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen. Dimana implementasinya, masih menggunakan google form dan perhitungan manual dalam penilaiannya sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menghasilkan informasi hasil penilaian bilamana jumlah datanya banyak. Sehingga perlunya sebuah sistem informasi penilaian kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen yang dapat membantu UPMF XYZ dalam melakukan penilaian kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi (IAPS 4.0) sebagai indikator penilaian kepuasan yang meliputi tangible, empathy, reability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Serta perhitungan penilaian kepuasan menggunakan SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Sistem yang dibuat berbasis web dengan bahasa pemograman PHP, basis data MySQL dan Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistemnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dibuat telah berhasil memberikan solusi bagi UPMF XYZ dengan menampilkan fitur utama penilaian kinerja dosen dengan instrumen IAPS 4.0 sehingga luaran yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan kinerja dosen untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu kinerja dosen serta data hasil nilai dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu penunjang akreditasi. Sistem yang dibuat telah berhasil menerapkan perhitungan SAW kedalam sistem perhitungan penilaian kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dengan hasil yang sama antara perhitungan penilaian di sistem dengan perhitungan penilaian manual. Sistem telah mampu dengan cepat menghitung hasil penilaian, sehingga proses penilaian lebih efektif dan efisien
