PERENCANAAN PORTOFOLIO APLIKASI PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI XYZ

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan portofolio aplikasi yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi (PT) XYZ untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya dalam mencapai tujuan. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward Peppard, metode SWOT dan Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid. Metode Ward dan Peppard digunakan untuk model strategis sistem informasi, metode SWOT digunakan untuk analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal PT XYZ, dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid digunakan untuk pemetaan aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi mendatang yang terdiri dari 9 aplikasi yang termasuk aplikasi key operational, 4 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi support, 10 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi strategic, dan 3 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi high potential.
Kata Kunci: Mc Farlan Strategic Grid, PT XYZ, portofolio aplikasi, SWOT, Ward Peppard.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the planning application portfolio that will be used by the late high College XYZ to support their business processes to achieve goals. The method used in this study using Peppard Ward, SWOT method and Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid. Ward and Peppard methods used to model information systems strategic, SWOT method used for the analysis of environment conditions internal and external college XYZ, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid is used for mapping ap-likasi. The results of this research is a recommendation that the application portfolio consists of 9 applications that are entered key operational applications, 4 applications as application support, 10 applications as a strategic application, and 3 ap-likasi as high application potential.
