Sistem Rekomendasi Kurikulum Adaptif Berbasis Profil Lulusan Menggunakan Metode Hybrid Filtering

Abstract
Penyusunan struktur matakuliah pada kurikulum berbasis profil lulusan menjandi tantangan utama dalam dunia pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi. Dimana program studi harus mampu menyusun struktur matakuliah yang relevan dengan profesi, sehingga lulusan mampu bersaing dan memiliki kompetensi didunia kerja khususnya bidang teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model sistem rekemendasi struktur matakuliah pada kurikulum secara adaptif berbasis profil lulusan dengan menggunakan pendekatan hybrid filtering yang menggabungkan antara metode Collaborative Filtering (CF) dengan Content-based Filtering (CBF). Pada metode CF mengimplementasikan matrix factorization dengan Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), sementara CBF memanfaatkan cosine similarity. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan dataset alumni sejumlah 450 orang, yang mencakup riwayat mata kuliah dan profesi yang sedang dijalani. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid menghasilkan nilai precision@5 sebesar 0.8524, recall@5 sebesar 0.5696, dan F1-score@5 sebesar 0.6276. Performa tersebut berada di atas model CBF murni yang mencatatkan precision sebesar 0.6067, recall sebesar 0.3876, dan F1-score sebesar 0.4564. Sementara itu, model CF berbasis SVD menunjukkan error prediksi yang cukup tinggi, dengan nilai RMSE antara 1.18 hingga 1.23 dan MAE antara 0.98 hingga 1.03. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kontribusi utama dalam sistem hybrid berasal dari komponen CBF, sementara performa CF masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam konteks data dengan kemiripan antar alumni yang rendah atau sparsity yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan penyusunan kurikulum berbasis data yang lebih adaptif terhadap profil lulusan dan kebutuhan dunia kerja.
