Perancangan Dan Implementasi Aplikasi Pengumpulan Data Kerusakan Jalan Tol XYZ Berbasis Web Terintegrasi Google Workspace

Abstract
Kerusakan pada infrastruktur jalan tol berdampak langsung terhadap keselamatan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kelancaran mobilitas logistik. Di Jalan Tol XYZ, proses pelaporan kerusakan masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pengisian data pada Spreadsheet dan pengiriman foto menggunakan aplikasi perpesanan, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakteraturan data, duplikasi, kesalahan input, serta keterlambatan validasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghadirkan solusi sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan tol berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan layanan Google Drive dan Google Spreadsheet sebagai bagian dari pemanfaatan Google Workspace sesuai standar operasional perusahaan. Solusi yang diusulkan berupa perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi pelaporan kerusakan berbasis web serta tools inspeksi berbasis Android dengan dukungan fitur geolokasi, unggah foto otomatis, dan validasi input. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan UML, implementasi Google Apps Script dan API Google Drive, serta pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing dan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna. Integrasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) menggunakan Leaflet memastikan penyajian lokasi kerusakan secara spasial dan real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempercepat proses pelaporan, mengurangi kesalahan input, menyediakan dokumentasi terpusat, serta meningkatkan keakuratan data lokasi kerusakan. Pengujian fungsional memperoleh hasil 97%, sedangkan pengujian kepuasan pengguna menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kategori “Sangat Baik”. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah penerapan integrasi Google Workspace sebagai database utama dalam sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan tol, yang memungkinkan transisi teknologi secara bertahap tanpa mengganggu operasional, serta implementasi visualisasi kerusakan berbasis peta yang belum diterapkan pada sistem sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini terbukti efektif mendukung percepatan pemeliharaan dan pengambilan keputusan manajemen dalam pengelolaan aset jalan tol.
