PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK DIGITAL UNTUK PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI DAN KUALITAS HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN PADA TOKO SOPIA CANTIKA

Abstract
Perkembangan bisnis ritel menuntut pengelolaan rantai pasok yang lebih terintegrasi, cepat, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan. Toko Sopia Cantika menghadapi permasalahan berupa pengelolaan stok yang belum optimal, keterlambatan informasi distribusi, serta kurangnya integrasi data yang berdampak pada menurunnya efisiensi operasional dan kualitas hubungan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan dan implementasi sistem manajemen rantai pasok digital berbasis teknologi informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh alur distribusi dan informasi secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan berbasis model terstruktur, serta implementasi sistem berbasis web yang dilengkapi fitur pengelolaan stok, pemantauan distribusi, dan pengelolaan data pelanggan. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi sistem rantai pasok dengan pendekatan digital yang tidak hanya berfokus pada efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas hubungan pelanggan melalui ketersediaan informasi yang akurat dan cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis, meminimalkan kesalahan pengelolaan data, serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui pelayanan yang lebih responsif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan akurasi data stok, mempercepat alur distribusi, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, sekaligus meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui transparansi informasi dan kecepatan layanan. Kesimpulannya, implementasi sistem manajemen rantai pasok digital pada Toko Sopia Cantika memberikan keunggulan dibandingkan metode konvensional, terutama dalam hal integrasi data, efisiensi operasional, dan peningkatan kualitas hubungan pelanggan, sehingga menawarkan solusi yang lebih adaptif, efektif, dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis ritel modern
