The development of this KPM system is based on previous research entitled KPM management information system in Unipdu Jombang web-based with the results of the system can register, divide groups and view information online. However, there are still many features of the system that are not yet available to meet the needs of KPM activities in accordance with the policies of the Institute for Research and Community Services (LP2M), including features that can store logbooks, proposals, reports, values and locations. Based on these requirements, the researchers proposed the development of a web-based KPM information system in Unipdu Jombang using UML (Unified Modeling Language) design, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The result of the development of this system is that it can register KPM, divide groups by, store and view: logbooks, reports, proposals, values, locations and information related to KPM activities. The results of testing using the Black Box show that the information system is going well according to the purpose of this study.
