Desain Manajemen Pendidikan dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan desain manajemen pendidikan dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Kota Mojokerto. Sampel penelitian adalah 34 siswa kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 5 Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian pengembangan ADDIE dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2019 menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes kognitif, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Kota Mojokerto. Motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran IPA menggunakan PBL adalah valid dan positif.Referensi
