Analisis SWOT Sarana Pembelajaran Digital Masive Open Online Course (MOOC) Ruang Guru

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan ancaman (threats) dari sarana pembelajaran digital, yakni Masive Open Online Course (MOOC) yang disediakan oleh Ruang Guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data dokumen dan narasumber melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan Ruang Guru, yakni sales marketing dan tenaga pengajar. Teknik analisis data dilakukan sejak awal melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan hingga akhir penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa: strengths atau kekuatan MOOC dalam Ruang Guru adalah ketersediaan materi pembelajaran yang beragam, pemanfaatan teknologi yang inovatif, dan kehadiran komunitas pemelajaran yang aktif; weakness meliputi keterbatasan interaksi langsung antara peserta didik dengan tutor, kendala teknis dalam mengakses dan menggunakan platform serta keterbatasan akases internet yang tidak merata di seluruh Indonesia; opportunities mencakup, Ruang Guru dapat memanfaatkan peningkatan minat masyarakat dalam pembelajaran daring, pertumbuhan pasar pendidikan digital di Indonesia dan kejrasama dengan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih luas; threast mencakup persaingan dengan platform pembelajaran online lainnya, regulasi pendidikan yang berubah-ubah, dan kemungkinana penurunan mintak pengguna jika terjadi kejenuhan dengan pembelajaran daring.
This research was conducted to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of digital learning tools, namely the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), provided by Ruang Guru. This research was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach with document data sources and informants through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with several teacher room informants, namely sales marketing and teaching staff. Data analysis techniques were carried out from the start through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions until the end of the study. Research results show that: strength in the availability of various learning materials, use of innovative technology, and the presence of an active learning community; weaknesses in the limitations of direct interaction between students and tutors, technical constraints in accessing and using platforms and limitations in internet access that are not evenly distributed throughout Indonesia; opportunity Teacher rooms can take advantage of the increasing public interest in online learning, the growth of the digital education market in Indonesia and cooperation with wider educational institutions; threat namely competition with other online learning platforms, changing education regulations, and the possibility of reducing demand for users if there is saturation with online learning.
