Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • My article does not contain any statement that is unlawful, defamatory and does not contain any material that violates the privacy rights or proprietary rights of any person or other entity.
  • I declare that the article above is An original manuscript, my own ideas and analysis, not a translation/adaptation, is not under consideration for being published in any media, and has never been published in any media. I am willing to be responsible for any complaint and legal appeal taken by any parties because of the publication of this article.
  • If, during the review process, I withdraw/cancel the article, then I am willing to notify the editor and follow the article cancellation rules set in JMPM.
  • In case of violation of this statement, I am willing to get any penalties from JMPM and be included in the JMPM’s list of banned authors.
  • The author who submitted this article, on behalf of all authors, agree to publish the article that has been submitted to JMPM. Please download, fill in, sign and submit the Submission Declaration Statements when submitting this article.
  • The text or the format of your article is already appropriate with our article template, if don't, please see first our Author Guidelines, Focus and Scope.
  • The maximum similarity of <25% uses TurnitIn
  • Minimum reference > 15 comes from 80% of scientific journals, the rest may be sourced from proceedings, patents, research books, research reports.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format

Author Guidelines

The author submitting the manuscript to JMPM: Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika must adhere to the following technical requirements:

  1. The manuscript must be based on research, demonstrate novelty and scientific contributions, and must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. An abstract must be written, summarizing the background, methods, and results, with a maximum length of 150 words.
  3. Information can be presented in tables or figures for the reader’s convenience; however, tables or figures should not exceed one page.
  4. References should be primary, verified, and up to date (published within the last 10 years, except for certain fields with minimal recent updates).
  5. Citation and reference formatting must follow APA 7 Style.
  6. Authors should use reference management tools such as Microsoft Word's reference manager or Mendeley.
  7. Authors must write the manuscript directly using the provided template.
  8. Authors must complete and sign the Submission Declaration Statements form and submit it as a supplementary file when submitting the article.
